Plasma Surface TreaterNE-PE02 is a microprocessor controlled desktop plasma treatment system which is dedicated to cleaning and surface activation of a wide range of materials including polymers, metals, glass and ceramics, delivering optimum adhesion properties of otherwise difficult to bond materials. 

Plasma Surface TreaterNE-PE02 uses gas as the cleaning medium, effectively avoiding secondary pollution caused by liquid cleaning medium to the cleaned object. NE-PE02 is equipped with an external vacuum pump. During operation, the plasma in the cleaning chamber of the plasma cleaning machine gently washes the surface of the cleaned object. 

NE-PE02 can thoroughly clean organic pollutants in a short period of time, and the pollutants are extracted by the vacuum pump of the extended plasma cleaning machine. The cleaning degree of this extended plasma cleaning machine reaches the molecular level.
